M.W. Watermark Filter Press Air-Operated Hydraulic System

The M.W. Watermark filter press air-operated hydraulic system has been designed for durability, longevity and quick closing, clamping and opening times. 

Our filter presses initially close by simply using 100 psi clean shop air. Once the plates are pushed together using shop air, the hydraulic pump is then switched on to complete the closing process by compressing the plates. Since the hydraulic pump is only needed for the actual clamping, much wear and tear is avoided, giving the hydraulic system a much longer life. After the dewatering process is complete, shop air is then again used to open the press, once again avoiding excessive use of the hydraulic pump.

Because the press can be closed and opened faster, the M.W. Watermark air-operated hydraulic system leads to greater production efficiencies.
